As we know, UPSC conducts the Combined Defence Services CDS 1 Competitive examination to recommend qualified candidates for respective training academies. It is to inform you that The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the notification for the 2023 CDS 1 Examination. All candidates who are interested and eligible for this recruitment exam can apply online from December 21, 2022 to January 10, 2023. For information about eligibility, age limit, syllabus, selection process, salary scale in recruitment, read the notification.

UPSC CDS (I) 2023: Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for CDS (I) 2023 are as follows:
(a) Nationality:
A candidate must be unmarried male/female and must be:
(i) a citizen of India, or
(ii) a subject of Nepal, or
(iii) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
