Hostel Facility (Boys and Girls)
In order to facilitate the stay of outstation students, the academy offers hostel facilities. A home away from the home.
Charlile academy provides hostel accommodation to students apart from the academy premises. There are one hostel Charlie academy gurukul having a capacity of 500 students with mess facility. The hostel is administered by chief warden and assisted by warden/assistant warden.
There is a separate mess. The entire mess area is air-cooled and students are provided with breakfast, lunch, evening refreshment & dinner. The hostel committee coordinates with the mess committee for smooth running of the mess. The mess committee monitors the quality, taste and hygiene of food served in the mess. They also interact with the mess vendor to provide him with the feedback of students and to introduce possible changes in the menu. Review and inspection of the food quality is carried out at regular intervals.
Regulation and discipline :The Academy is committed to zero tolerance to ragging, alcohol, smoking, drugs and disciplinary misconduct. Automated turnstile gates with biometric machines regulate entry & exit to residential facility. Charlie academy is one of the greenest campuses in the Delhi. The greenery makes for a great learning environment and promotes creativity!.
Safety and security : Full time security officials, security cameras, Charlie academy is one of the safest campuses in the country. The Academy has its very own fire control section. Charlie academy also has Turnstile gates at major entry/exit points as well as vehicles for ensuring that every movement is monitored.

Hostal Chief Warden : Ensure and observe the hostel rules properly and maintain discipline and decorum, misbehaviour, indiscipline, and sickness of the residents in his charge.
Hostal Senior Warden : Senior Warden will regulate expenditure out of the authorized hostel budget and for timely adjustment of temporary advances.Perform responsibilities as Cheif Warden.
Hostal Assistance Warden : To fulfill the students basic needs and requirements and maintain decipline in the hostel premises.
Hostal Mess Warden :Will keep a watch over the cleanliness, Food Quality, Food storage in efficient quantity.
Security Incharge : Takecare 24*7 overall security of the hostel students and there goods.
Gurukul Mess (Food)
As the students - who are from all over the country and have diverse tastes, the menu is planned as a mix of both North Indian and South Indian vegetarian food with variety every day. Great emphasis is laid on hygiene, quality and cleanliness of the food which is prepared in the hostel's own kitchen which is staffed by experienced and skilled cooks.
